The Fundamentals of Permanent Makeup Course at Beauty Rituals Academy is a 100-hour permanent makeup training program designed to teach the essential skills needed to begin a career in cosmetic tattooing.

Permanent Makeup Training Program Structure
The Fundamentals Course is divided into three training segments that focus on permanent makeup procedures for brows, eyeliner, and lips.
Eyebrow Theory & Design Mapping
Students learn brow design, mapping techniques, and procedure fundamentals.

Eyeliner Theory & Design Mapping
Training includes technique and design mapping for permanent eyeliner procedures.

Lip Theory & Design Mapping
Students learn the theory and design techniques used for permanent lip procedures.
​
Each training segment includes three live models so students can gain hands-on experience during training.

During the apprenticeship portion of training, students typically work with approximately 20 additional models to continue refining their skills.
Additional apprenticeship models: $75 per model
Gain Hands-On Machine Experience
The course includes a dedicated Machine Experience Day, where students are introduced to the tools used in permanent makeup procedures.

Microblading experience does not replace this training.
80-Hour Apprenticeship Opportunity
Students who want additional hands-on experience may participate in the additional 80-hour apprenticeship program available through Beauty Rituals Academy.
The apprenticeship allows students to continue practicing techniques with live models and further develop the skills learned in the fundamentals course.
